About the repair process.

Ipad repair process starts with gentle pre-heating the back glass on the special plate. It melts the glue a bit so removing the broken glass is easier and safer. We are very careful not to damage any components that are hidden under the back glass.

If your phone apart of the broken back has some other damage that you don’t wish to fix, let us know ! Please put in notes all issues you have with your phone. If the phone’s front screen is broken or the phone had contact with water, this may impact the success of the repair. Be aware of this. If we notice any damage that has not been mentioned, we will need to contact you first. This may cause some delays. Please only use this service only if you are taking responsibility for carrying the repair on already broken phone.

Regarding  waterproof mobile phones.

Although we use highest quality parts and bonding material, we don’t consider any mobile phone to be waterproof after the repair as this is a subject to manufacturer’s internal tests when they assemble devices in their factories. Although we hope that the repair should restore the waterproofness, we don’t guarantee and don’t take responsibility for it.
